Through her company, Burch was able to branch out and founded the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, which provides awareness to young women and supports women with cancer.

As the founder of a billion-dollar tech company, Cher Wang is focused on creating new and innovative smartphones for consumers. Wang has been able to steer her business despite market slumps and has created new devices that have helped boost sales for the company.
Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw – Biocon
Worth $3.4 billion in 2018, Kiran Mazumdar-Shaw is known as India’s first female entrepreneur. Biocon was founded in 1978 and developed biopharmaceuticals that are sold in over 120 countries around the world. Even with a well-established company, Mazumdar-Shaw is continually building her business to keep up with the changing pharmaceuticals industry.

Jennifer Hyman has been able to capitalize on a unique market. Rent the Runway, Hyman’s company has allowed individuals to rent designer dresses for events and then return it in a prepaid envelope.
